Dispatch

Items will be dispatched within 2 working days of your payment.

National

Goods will be shipped using Australia Post in an express post satchel for a flat rate of $10 unless the option for registered post is selected for a flat rate of $15. Your purchase will normally be sent within 5 working days. We use regular mail and cannot arrange special delivery or collection of items. Domestic purchases will incur GST. A minimal packaging fee is factored in to our product pricing. Please allow 3-5 working days for postage within Australia. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.

International

We love sharing our beautiful Australian designed products with international customers, our international orders are sent via insured airmail for a flat rate of $35. Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for international air mail, depending on location. If no-one is home to receive your delivery, local postal guidelines apply.

All prices on mart design store website are in Australian dollars. The prices quoted DO NOT include your local sales taxes or import duties, which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Insurance

(m)art takes the upmost care in packaging and handling of all items purchased through the online store and our staff are skilled in packaging and handling, however, it is recommended that where items are fragile in nature or of considerable expense, customers select the option for registered and insured post for extra piece of mind.

Breakages

Artisan will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our store or due any circumstances beyond our control.
