Returns PolicyReturnsReturns can be made by emailing info [at] artisan [dot] org [dot] au within 7 days of your shipment and a return form will be emailed to you. The return must be received by artisan within 14 days along with the return form (an additional 7 days for return will be extended to international clients) notice must be given in advance of a return and must be post-marked within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original box. Items will be replaced or exchanged. The Mart design store does not issue refunds unless the goods are faulty. Any exchanges returned to us without prior warning will be rejected and returned to sender. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case we will make alternate arrangements with you, please contact us.
