Returns

Returns can be made by emailing info [at] artisan [dot] org [dot] au within 7 days of your shipment and a return form will be emailed to you. The return must be received by artisan within 14 days along with the return form (an additional 7 days for return will be extended to international clients) notice must be given in advance of a return and must be post-marked within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original box. Items will be replaced or exchanged. The Mart design store does not issue refunds unless the goods are faulty. Any exchanges returned to us without prior warning will be rejected and returned to sender.

Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case we will make alternate arrangements with you, please contact us.

How to return your item:

  • Contact info at artisan and a return form will be emailed to you.      
  • Download the Return Form (PDF), complete it and include it with your return
  • Package the items in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommend similar packaging to what you received the items in originally. Include the item, its original box, and the return form.
  • Mart design store takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us or are damaged in return transit. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.
  • Within 14 days of receiving them, send the item(s) to: Artisan, Level 2/ 381 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley 4006
  • Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund or exchange (minus shipping and any gift wrapping costs) to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

Please note we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
