Please be considered in your purchases, as items from the (m)art design store are primarily unique and hand-crafted , the (m)art design store cannot issue refunds if you simply change your mind. If an Item is the wrong size etc. please contact us to make arangements.

If your item is faulty or damaged in transit returns can be made by emailing info [at] artisan [dot] org [dot] au within 7 days of your shipment and we will arange for a replacement or exchange. Any items returned to us without prior warning will be rejected and returned to sender.

Items must be packaged to prevent (additional) damage on the return voyage, we recommend similar packaging to what you received the items in originally. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original box. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case we will make alternate arrangements with you.

Please note we cannot accept returns on custom orders.
